Nature and Magic training
This is a journey that can be experienced as many times as one wishes, because it will never be the same, but always new, giving undiscovered experiences and teachings.
A journey that can last a whole day or just a few hours, linked to contact with nature, which will take each of us into another dimension, through the use of senses and parts of us that are sleeping.
We will learn:
- To create an energetic bubble around the whole group that will allow us to focus on rediscovering the energies of nature and the subtle beings that inhabit it. The use of our hands as antennae will act as a gathering and projection ool, helping us to perceive the energetic variations around us.
- To will adapt our posture and proceeding to the rhythms of the environment, slowing down our movement in order to amplify all the external and other senses.
- To use use a different type of perception, attention and an unusual angle of observation.
- To identify synchronic elements in a flow of communication between us and the subtle energies that inhabit the places we will explore, as well as the physical beings and animals we will encounter, from birds to insects.
- To take into account the participation of all life around us. The sounds emitted by animals or other sources will translate to our attentive ear in a language that is easy to hear. We will encounter areas of sunshine such as temperate islands or wet or cold areas where it is our skin that will make us aware of these variations in state and meaning, and we will smell flavours and scents that will make sense to us.
- To encounter signs pointing the way, small doors and burrows or animal nests from which the fairies that inhabit the middle world will peep out.
- To listen to the plants telling us the story of the forest and their age, and we will understand their important function in not only holding up the memory of mankind, but also in supporting our bubble, with roots in the earth and foliage in the clouds.
We will take home with us the story of the forest, the voice of the plants and a connection to the invisible that we can keep alive if only by spending a few brief moments talking to the pot plants at home.
Take with you comfortable clothes and shoes.
