The Raising Soul: Art, hands and Soul

Hands are the practical manifestation of our primal soul in the matter and daily presence in our existence.

Clay represents human life in the matter, has a special connection with our body, and for this reason in several creation story telling around the World, clay is the primeval ingredient to make the human body for human people by God.

When hands and clay meet together, we can start a visionary journey into our intimate dimension and materialize hearth and soul voice in all their nuances: all our different facets and persona (or inner personalities, as we say in Damanhur), all our characters can raise and speak!

Any pain, any disease and issue we are experimenting with while in our life can raise and have a voice in order we have the opportunity to face and heal them by letting go of them.

With our hands we can dig and find inside who we are and who we want to be and through this process face the manifestation of main issues that are in between reaching our realization. And our successful talents as well.

During the workshop we will give substance to two clay artefacts connected with our soul identity and we will be led to decode. We will be helped and supported by facilitators for the manifestation of the artefacts in regard to the difficulties in modelling the material and making clear the meanings.

At the end of the process we can have something in our hands to symbolize this result and we invite you to bring it home in order to have a reminder in your daily life about where you want to go and what you really want to do and to be.

Participation in the course does not require any special prerequisites, nor does it require any artistic or manual skills. The main requirement is the intention to get totally personally involved in the process.
